Thai Bodywork is also known as assisted yoga. It is a beautifully
choreographed bodywork sequence of exotic stretches, breathing
and compression of muscles. Discover how to balance and harmonize
shakti/chee/chi to enhance immune system integrity. It is also
very efficient bodywork because it benefits many muscles at one
time. Comfortable clothing is worn. It is an ancient folk art,
thousands of years old, that produces sophisticated results.

ETPS Nero-Mechanical
Acupuncture is a blend of modalities used to treat chronic-soft-tissue
pain. Based on Acupuncture/Acupressure, Osteopathic stretching,
Trigger Point, Neuromuscular and Neuropathic therapies, it is non-invasive
and extremely effective. It can produce positive therapeutic results
in minutes.
I use many modalities, but honestly, the most profound work I
do is when I don't get caught up with the mechanics, but by tuning
into the person. I believe we all have these gifts and I try
not to let the ego get into the way and just listen with the
heart. Come with a willingness to restore body and soul and be
ready to receive.
